The somewhat violent or disruptive blue patterns are meant to signify crashing waves related to loss, mental stability, and substance abuse. But also in the mix are things that are hopeful and happy, such as my love of baseball and comfort food, heart-shaped rocks, and the central photo of my whole family. There’s always hope; that’s my message.
