This is about my son, August, whose 27th birthday is today, September 13. I saw these trucks early this morning at Boston Children’s Hospital. We have been here since July because of his little sister’s complicated medical issues. It was amazing because August loved trucks. This is a sign from August, especially today on his birthday.
